Kim McKinney is a Sales Representative with RE/MAX Quinte Ltd. specializing in luxury waterfront, single-family and country properties across Prince Edward County, Belleville, Quinte West, and the whole Bay of Quinte Region.
My family has been selling real estate in Belleville, Quinte and the County since 1964, so my passion for the real estate industry ignited early. After university (and biking through Europe), I began my career selling commercial, multi-residential and land properties in Calgary.
I have worked with private developers, as Director of Real Estate for Scotiabank, and as Chief Financial Officer at Toronto Construction Association. I've been building my career of over 40 years along the shores of Lake Ontario in Toronto and Oakville — with the plan to eventually return to my roots and be lucky enough to live, work and enjoy the County.
I'm excited to be back home in the Quinte area and Prince Edward County, negotiating the best offer for people selling or buying a home, investing in property or rightsizing. With my Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designation, I'm skilled at counselling clients through major lifestyle transitions — relocating, rightsizing or selling the family home.
